Being a mom of three I can completely relate to how overwhelming preparing for a portrait session can be, trust me I've been in your shoes. That is why I have created an experience that is tailored towards clients that appreciate less stress, quality portraits, classic over trendy and guidance from start to finish.
My vision.... Mom leaving feeling beautiful with a full heart, Dad actually wanting to come back and children asking when's the next session before the first one's over. Is this yours too? Let's do this!

Complete the contact form and I will get in touch within 24-48 hours with full pricing details, location options if applicable and what to expect for the type of session your interested in. Have more questions and would rather chat? Of course, give me a call!
The day you have been waiting for is finally here! I don't know who's more excited that day me or your family, hehe.
So what now? You show up and I take care of the rest! Just relax and let's enjoy our time together capturing memories for your family.
I will email you a link where you fill out a short questionnaire, a contract and a retainer to hold your session date/due date. Everything is conveniently done online! Once completed you'll receive details on preparing for your session, clothing guidance and a link to view my client wardrobe available for studio and maternity sessions.
Within 2-4 weeks you will receive your final gallery. Every package includes digital files and a product credit to use towards an album or prints. Ordering and designing is a convenient and easy process. I do everything for you! Getting images off your computer and into your hands where it should be.
FAQ
What do I wear? That stresses me out.
When is the best time to have my baby photographed?
For newborns within the first 2 weeks of life (ideally days 6-10). This timeframe reflects the images seen in my portfolio.
For older babies, when your little one can sit up unassisted is the best timeframe which is typically between 6-8 months old.
Once your session is booked all clients are provided guidance on what to wear. Included in studio and maternity sessions are a client wardrobe that you have full access to. No stressing about what photographs well, returning outfits that didn't fit or spending extra money are something you likely won't wear in the future. If you prefer not to utilize the studio wardrobe that is totally up to you! It's just an added perk to the experience and definitely helps out moms in a pickle when something they ordered didn't arrive or fit.
How soon should I book a session?
I feel like my kids won't cooperate, should i be worried?
All sessions should be booked at least 3 months in advance, sooner if your schedule is not flexible or your pregnant and need a specific timeframe for your session. I take a limited amount of sessions per month to provide the best experience and attention to detail for my clients. If you're just now seeing this information and you're late to the party still reach out and see my availability. I would love to hear from you!
The short answer is no. Kids are kids, which means there's nothing I haven't seen, dealt with or had to overcome. There are no expectations on my end. I think the best thing we can do as parents is accept what is, relax and trust your photographer to capture your family. One thing I know is in the moment, you don't see what I see. Even in the chaotic ones. Your child is is fussy, tired and wants to take a minute to snuggle mom and suck her thumb. This I love. Snuggle with mom. Check. Memory of thumb sucking. Check. Moment mom goes through all the time. Check. Perfect moment and memory.

What are your prices?
A $200 retainer fee paid at booking is required to secure your session date/due date. All sessions include digital files and a complimentary product credit which can be used towards an album or prints. Clients typically spend between $900-$1800 depending on what they purchase. I cannot say enough great things about Nikki! We recently had a photo session with our 8 day old baby boy and were blown away by our gallery. These are photos you only have one shot in capturing, who you hire matters! Her style captures the natural timeless beauty of a newborn and family. She books 4 hour sessions and you may be thinking that is too much time and after our session, I can assure you that it is the perfect amount of time. I don't now how you can capture newborn photos in less than 90 minutes. It gives you time to feed and sooth a fussy baby and Nikki thoughtfully and perfectly captures each photo. She captures it all so you don't have to think about what was missed. And she is so good with babies. She was able to keep our baby calm and pose him in each and every photo.
Also as a new mother and 8 days postpartum (and a baby that came 17 days early), what to wear was definitely a struggle for me. Nikki took the time to not only help me before hand but I brought a handful of ideas the day of our shoot and she was able to help me narrow down which one was the one (and help with what my husband should wear also) and made me feel comfortable and beautiful.
